The Mosholu Montefiore Community Center  MMCC) is working this year on doing outreach to the Artists (the Musicians, Dancers, Actors, Writers, Visual Artists, and other Creative People) of the North Bronx.

The Bronx Artists Collective is as a growing grassroots group working to build community, create change and take advantage of the opportunities to improve their lives and the lives of people around them.

North Bronx Artists Coming Together

Out of the 11/10/05 Artist Forum, we identified several key issues. The following meetings are meant to help us identify specific goals and create a plan of ACTION to make things happen in our community!

All musicians, actors, dancers, writers, visual artists who live in the North Bronx, as well as their allies, are invited to join us as we work together to make change.

All meetings, for now, are held at the Mosholu Montefiore Community Center at 3450 DeKalb Avenue (on Gun Hill Road)
